Disbanded sketchbook of cream lightweight machine-made laid paper 203 x 162mm perforated down the left edge to which twenty-two drawings have been ascribed. The pages are unnumbered and many have been cut down. The birth of the artist's daughter on 7 March 1946 inspired this series of studies from life.
