Published as a book in deluxe and standard editions with a text in German by Paul Pieper, a foreword by Henry Moore translated into German and 285 black and white reproductions of photographs by David Finn. There is a colour reproduction of CGM 628 tipped in on p.25. The deluxe edition contains the lithograph CGM 628.

280 x 240mm: 456 numbered pages in twenty-seven signatures of 16 and one of 24 bound in black linen with a monogram blind-stamped on the front and the title blocked in white on the spine, in a laminated paper dust jacket with the title and a photograph of a Brabender carving on the front and spine.

The deluxe edition has CGM 628 printed on T.H. Saunders paper 407 x 445mm.

30 copies containing CGM 628 numbered 1/50 to 25/50 and I/XV to V/XV signed in pencil by the artist.
