Published as a review, this inaugural edition contains an introduction in French by Gualtieri di San Lazzaro, eight articles including one on sculpture with a translated quotation from Moore and four lithographs, one each by Henri Laurens, Henry Moore, Jean Arp and Marino Marini,
315 x 245mm: 80 numbered pages in eight signatures of 8 and two signatures of 2 in a yellow paper cover with the XXe siècle monogram and an illustration by Picasso on the front and the name of the publication on the spine.

CGM 36 and the lithograph by Arp are printed face to face on the inside of a leaf bound between pp.[68] and 69; those by Laurens and Marini are printed similarly and bound around pp.[65] and [72].
The edition of the review is unnumbered; each contains CGM 36 unnumbered and unsigned. 30 copies contain the four lithographs numbered 1/30 to 30/30 and signed by the artists.
