Two figures at the bottom of the page, at the extreme left and second from the right, are decorated with a motif which resembles the veins of a leaf. Moore used the leaf theme in later drawings, see for example HMF 2741 of 1952, and in several sculptures of 1953, Leaf Figure LH 323-326.
