Grey-green paper-covered notebook originally containing one signature of cream medium-weight wove paper 272 x 183 mm. The cover is inscribed in pencil by the artist PROMÉTHÉE (crossed through) /1934 or 35. The pages are unsigned and undated and some are missing. HMF 1128-1134 remain intact. One page HMF 1135 was detached at an unknown date and given by Moore to the Art Gallery of Ontario in 1974.
