Omaggio a Michelangelo/Fondation Bruckmann Stiftung/München [1975]

Published to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the birth of Michelangelo, this album contains the lithograph CGM 333 and twelve other prints, one each by Horst Antes, Jorge Castillo, Emilio Greco, Renato Guttuso, David Hockney, Jean Ipoustéguy, Giacomo Manzù, Marino Marini, André Masson, Eduardo Paolozzi, Fritz Wotruba and Paul Wunderlich. The folders containing the prints have the title of the album and the artist's name on the front, texts on Michelangelo in Italian with translations in English, French or German inside, and a biography of the artist and details of the print in German, English and French on the back.

830 x 615mm: 4 unnumbered pages in 1 leaf with CGM 333 on T.H. Saunders and twelve other prints on various papers, each in a paper folder contained in a buff linen-covered Solander box with a green leather panel on the front bearing the title blocked in gold.

The standard edition, numbered on p.[4], comprises:

220 copies numbered 1/200 to 200/200 and I/XX to XX/XX with CGM 333 numbered 1/200 to 200/200 and E. d A. I/XX to E. d A. XX/XX signed in pencil by the artist.
