pencil top of page Could you send me another little sketchbook. I've filled the/last! Hal; Dear Miss Gostick/Some "mediums"/what! on this P.C. Pen & ink,/ordinary ink, & indelible/pencil. That's because it was not all finished at/one "sitting". I sketched this/scene last night, near/Lancing College, about 2 miles/from Camp. One of the fellows/knowing I was interested in/drawing gave me this P.C.,/so I'm using it up./Cheerio.Hal; pen and ink c.r. Miss A. Gostick/"Wayside"/Park Avenue/Castleford/Yorks. (The postmark is 26 April 1918.)
