Sketchbook 1982-83 (page unknown). Moore made this and several other drawings from photographs reproduced in a book entitled Mysterious Britain (Janet and Colin Bord, Granada 1974); see also HMF 83(168), 83(170)-83(172), 83(176). HMF 83(176) is almost identical with this drawing which is executed on a page detached from a sketchbook used earlier in 1983.
