With the recto turned 90 degrees to the left, the drawing at upper centre can be connected to HMF 1175 - 1177. In the small sketch, Moore has drawn in only the horizontal lines. The cross at lower left indicates his intention to keep this particular drawing in mind. The two sketches on the verso appear to have been inspired by a vertebra of some animal.
