This and HMF 1027 , 1029-1032  are drawn on the same paper taken from a sketchbook or sketchpad; all  have all been assigned to 1933 on stylistic grounds. The verso bears two images of a female reclining figure, one superimposed upon the other after Moore had turned the sheet of paper through 180 degrees. The lower image, which closely resembles the figure on the recto, is a carbon outline; the upper image is drawn in black crayon.
