Clark (1974, p.46) describes this as 'a drawing done in Paris when the work on the North (sic) Wind was over shows the flying figure let out of school with a shout of joy.' The drawing can be related to several sketches in Sketchbook 1928: West Wind Relief HMF 611-643. Clark gives no reason for saying that the drawing was done in Paris.
