The first and second sketches in the third row may be related to two sculptures: Carving LH 160 which dates to the summer of 1935, and a stone Carving LH 147 of the previous summer which was subsquently destroyed. Other sketches have tenuous connections with sculptures carved betweem 1934 and 1935.
