More InformationHMF 79(42) and 79(43) were designed to be reproduced on the back and front panels respectively of slipcases containing Valse des Fleurs, see HMF 79(40)/(41).
Moore was invited to design a book jacket for a work by Sacheverell Sitwell. He knew all three members of the Sitwell family, Edith, Osbert and Sacheverell and on Edith's death in 1964 provided a memorial plaque for her grave.
