There is a brief one-page biography of Moore, which discusses his early life and education, international fame following Moore's first American exhibition in 1946 and his success at the Venice Biennale in 1948, and his awards and honours, including the Order of Merit. The most recent event mentioned is the 70th Birthday exhibition at the Tate in 1968.
