0024045 Magpie Crossing Appaloosa Peterborough Timeslip romance novel set in a lightly fictionalised Much Hadham ("Great Hadden"). Partly set in the modern day, partly in 1978. In the modern day, the stained glass tree at St. Andrew's Church ("St. Gideon's"), based on Moore's etching Trees V: Spreading Branches, is mentioned (pp.67-68). In the 1978 timeline, Tara, the protagonist, is taken to meet Moore at Hoglands (pp.101-103); he shows her around his studio, and she sees Mother and Child 1978 (LH 754). Mention of the Tate 80th birthday exhibition. Further mentions of Moore on p.302.
