Catalogue for Picasso & Modern British Art, an exhibition held in 2012 at the Tate Britain and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. 15 Moore works (drawings and sculptures) exhibited (all illus.).

p.19: Moore's introduction to Picasso's art by Sir Michael Sadler, and to Picasso himself by Roland Penrose.

p.27: the critic Geoffrey Grigson aligned Picasso's "biomorphism" with that of Moore.

p.28: Read found genius in Picasso's and Moore's fusions of abstraction and "superrealism".

pp.38-39: Moore as one of seven signatories to a pro-Picasso letter to the New Statesman in November 1950, in reaction to the Evening Standard denouncing him as a communist.

p.92: Nicholson, Moore, and Ede had unsuccessfully campaigned for the Tate to purchase its first Picasso.

pp.130-149: "Henry Moore and Picasso" by Christopher GREEN. pp.130-31 discusses the influence of Picasso on Moore: though Moore rarely mentioned any influence of Picasso before their first meeting in Paris in 1937, his Notebook No.3 contains a figure drawing with the word "Picasso" accompanying it, and Picasso is a clear early influence.

p.156: Bacon's Corner of the Studio echoes works by Moore, especially those of c.1933.

p.162: Moore as a participant in the Artist's International Association.
