Published as a book in deluxe and standard editions, this third volume of the Catalogue of Graphic Work contains 187 entries numbered 371 to 557 with addenda to Volume I and corrigenda to Volumes I and II. It catalogues all the editions completed by December 1979, including the fifteen prints reproduced in black and white at the end of Volume II and another thirty-one which were begun before September 1975 but not sufficiently finished to be included in Volume II. There is a foreword in English, French and German, a selected list of exhibitions from 1976 to 1979 that included graphics, a list of publishers and an index of prints. The deluxe edition contains the etching CGM 518 and the lithograph CGM 546.

310 x 230mm: 424 unnumbered pages in fifty-three signatures of 8 bound in brown linen with the title blocked in cream on the spine, in a laminated paper dust jacket with the title and a reproduction of CGM 437 on the front and text in English, French and German on the flaps, contained in a brown linen-covered slipcase. CGM 518 on Rives 308 x 235mm and CGM 546 on T.H. Saunders 308 x 235mm are in paper folders inserted between the front endpapers.

The deluxe edition of 200 copies, signed in ink by the artist, and numbered on p.[3], comprises:

50 copies numbered 1 to 25 and I to XXV with CGM 518 and 546

numbered 1/100 to 25/100 and I/XXV to XXV/XXV

75 copies numbered 26 to 100 with CGM 518 numbered 26/100 to 100/100

75 copies numbered 101 to 175 with CGM 546 numbered 26/100 to 100/100

All the prints are signed in pencil by the artist.

The standard edition is unnumbered and unsigned.

CGM 546 was printed by Curwen Prints Ltd, London.
