Moore signed and dated this page several years after completing the drawing, which is totally compatible with drawings dated on completion in 1936. The cataloguer has not had the opportunity of examining this drawing but believes it to be a page detached from the Square Forms and Lyre Birds Sketchbook of 1936. The dimension 178 mm is certainly the same as one dimension in the Sketchbook; the measurement 257 mm rather than 250 mm may be the result of slight carelessness. (See also HMF 1293)
