Biography of Moore covers up to his expulsion from the surrealist movement in 1944 for carving the Madonna and Child for St. Matthew's Church in Northampton. Moore also mentioned twice as a friend of Eileen Agar (pp. 23, 26), and included in a list of those expelled from the surrealist movement (p.56).
