DVDs containing 11 television documentaries produced by the BBC from 1951 to 1967. Disc 1 includes Henry Moore, the first arts documentary broadcast on the BBC, written and produced by John READ (0008230). Accompanying booklet contains a brief synopsis of the documentary - which, days before the opening of the Festival of Britain, focuses on Moore's work on Reclining Figure: Festival (LH 293) - by John WYVER. Mask 1929 (LH 62) is visible on the front of the slipcase; a still of Moore carving is one of the images on the reverse.
