Essay by Sir Roy Strong Utopia Limited (The Festival of Britain) starting on page 53 and on page 73 Moore's On Bronze and Sculpture in The Landscape. Numerous photographs and images including: biographical images taken from stills of John Read's 1951 film; various images of Reclining Figure Festival1951 (LH 293); photographs of Moore and of the South Bank exhibition site with credits to John Hedgecoe, BBC MOTION GALLERY/GETTY IMAGES, Tate London Bridgeman, Lee Miller archives and others. On page 41 there are images of Picasso's Guernica1937 and Bacon's Three Studies for Figures at the Base of a Crucifixion circa 1944.
