Description: Apologia for exhibition Project for a Masquerade (Hiroshima) at Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art, 22 January-10 April 2011. Starling explains the link he has created between Moore's Atom Piece (Working Model for Nuclear Energy) 1964-65 bronze, (LH 525) and Japanese Noh Theatre, in which he recreates the traditional play Eboshi-ori, in which Moore and two of his sculptures feature as characters.
