Published as a facsimile of Sketchbook 1926 [now Notebook 1926] (HMF 426-468) in three editions, each with a catalogue in English by Alan G. Wilkinson. Edition A has CGM 413 and 414 printed on Penshurst 368 x 295mm and inserted in a yellow-grey paper folder contained in a Solander box 415 x 327mm covered in yellow-grey paper with a vellum spine. The title is blocked in brown on the front and spine.
Edition B has CGM 413 or 414 printed on Cotman 368 x 295mm and inserted in a yellow-grey paper folder contained in a Solander box 415 x 327mm covered in beige Richard de Bas paper. The title is similarly blocked in brown on the front and spine.
Edition C without etchings is contained in a Solander box 250 x 187mm covered in yellow-grey paper similarly blocked.

225 x 170mm: 92 pages in three signatures of 24 and one of 20, numbered 1 to 86 with one sheet torn out between pp.65 and 66, and 4 pages unnumbered of which 2 are stuck to the inside of the cover as endpapers. All right-hand pages blind-stamped lower right with the letter M. Bound in distressed dark red paper-covered boards with dark red linen spine.

225 x 170mm: 34 pages in two signatures of 8 and one of 12, with five reproductions on 6 pages. Bound in thin card covered in yellow-grey paper with the title printed in brown on the front.
The edition of 325 copies, signed in pencil by the artist and numbered in pencil on a bookplate mounted on p.86 of the facsimile, comprises:
30 copies of Edition A numbered 1 to 25 and AP 1 to AP 5 with CGM 413 and 414 numbered 1/75 to 25/75 and AP 1 to AP 5
120 copies of Edition B numbered 26 to 125 and AP 6 to AP 25 with CGM 413 or 414 numbered 26/75 to 75/75 and AP 6 to AP 15, with all the even numbers of the facsimile sketchbook from 26 to 124 and AP 6 to AP 24 accompanied by CGM 413 and all the odd numbers from 27 to 125 and AP 7 to AP 25 accompanied by CGM 414
