Published as a portfolio in two editions, A and B, on different papers containing CGM 51 and lithographs by eight other artists, two each by Rudolf Belling and Reg Butler and one each by Max Bill, Eduardo Chillida, Barbara Hepworth, Marino Marini, Fritz Wotruba and Ossip Zadkine, with an explanatory text in German. The portfolio was edited by Felix H. Man.
800 x 550mm (Edition A), 670 x 525mm (Edition B): 2 unnumbered pages in one sheet, with eleven lithographs on Japon nacré paper for Edition A and the same on Rives for Edition B, contained in a beige cloth-covered portfolio with black ties, with the title blocked in black on the front.

The edition of 106 copies, numbered and signed in blue ballpoint pen by the editor on p.[1], comprises:
35 copies of Edition A numbered I/XXXV to XXXV/XXXV plus 2 copies marked HC with CGM 51 similarly numbered or marked
65 copies of Edition B numbered 1/65 to 65/65 plus four copies marked HC with CGM 51 similarly numbered or marked
Each lithographs is signed by the artist – except that by Zadkine which carries a stamp of posthumous authenticity – and are embossed with the publisher's blind stamp.
CGM 51 was printed by Curwen Prints, London 1963.
