The drawing on the verso was used as a background for the lithographs CGM 421, 430, 454 - 459; the first recorded lithograph from this drawing is a composite multi-printed variation called Tunnels 1976 CGM 421:3 See also the etchings CGM 169,174 of 1971. This drawing was probably in Moore's studio uncatalogued. It would seem that Moore found it in 1978 and decided to draw a nude seated woman on the blank side of the sheet.
