14-line biography, giving address as 3 Grove Studios, Adie Road, Hammersmith. Moore appeared in each issue through to the twenty-second, 1986. The 2nd edition 1929 expanded slightly on the first edition and gave Moore's address as 42a Ordnance Road, St. John's Wood, London N.W.8. This entry also appeared in the 3rd edition 1934. By the 4th edition 1948 Dolman's name was omitted as editor and Moore's entry enlarged to 37 lines with bibliographical references and his address as Hoglands, Perry Green, Much Hadham, Herts. This basic entry ran through to the 9th edition 1958 with only minor revisions. Moore's club was given as Savile in several issues. Revised entries appeared in the 10th and 11th editions 1960 and 1962 taking Moore's entry to a maximum of 47 lines. The remaining volumes 1964 12th edition through to 1986 22nd edition carried only a brief ten-line entry.
