Under the banner "Unity of Artists for Peace Democracy and Cultural Development" this catalogue also advertises the First British Artists' Congress at Conway Hall 23 April 1937 and 41 Grosvenor Square 24-25 April 1937 with Moore listed as one of the Exhibition and Congress supporters. A broadsheet bearing a design by Henry Moore was issued to accompany the Congress and Exhibition. This is reproduced in full in 0001097 and in part in 0005066 and carries the heading We Ask Your Attention.
