Discusses the importance of the 1959 documenta exhibition in Kassel for Moore's profile in Germany, Moore's visits to Münster in 1965 and 1976, and three works - Three Piece Reclining Figure No.1, exhibited in 1964 in Münster; Working Model for Stone Memorial, acquired by the LWL and opened by Moore in 1976; and Three Piece Sculpture: Vertebrae, outside the offices of the bank WestLB in Münster. Uses archive photographs as well as modern shots of Moore's works in Münster.
