A four page insert with two illustrations documents in English and Japanese the purchase of Family Group, 1948-1949 bronze, and the gift by Moore of Upright Connected Forms, 1979 bronze. The front of the insert reproduces a hand-written note by Moore dated 1 August 1979: I am delighted to be associated with the Hakone Open-Air Museum and I am very honoured to have the Grand Prize named after me and to know that the award of this prize will continue in perpetuity"."
