Description: In a seventeen-page judgement the government Planning Inspector, John Waldron ruled that Westminster City Council had lost its legal action to prevent Time -Life from removing Draped Reclining Figure, 1952-1953 bronze from its Bond Street Building. Cited was Canova's Three Graces removed from Woburn Abbey as a saleable chattel rather than a fixture.
