Description: Nicholas Serota told the public inquiry that plans for a visitors centre were irresponsible, and the trustees of the Henry Moore Foundation were not fulfilling the responsibility they hold. Stephen Levrant attacked the aesthetics of the proposals. The Hertfordshire Conservation Society deplored the bickering between Mary Moore and the Henry Moore Foundation as demeaning to the memory of Henry Moore.
